How do AI voice interviews actually work?

You create a screening campaign, add candidates, and send a booking invite. Each candidate opens a VoxBulk booking link, picks a slot, and confirms their phone number. At the booked time VoxBulk places an outbound AI phone call to that number. The AI asks your questions, can follow up, and produces a scored summary in your dashboard. Candidates do not dial into a generic conference line — the system calls them.
