How do I create a survey?

In the dashboard open Surveys → Create, choose WhatsApp or AI phone, pick an industry template (or your own questions), upload contacts, then launch. That is separate from Customer feedback: Feedback uses venue QR codes (web and/or WhatsApp) under Customer feedback → Create QR location. Public feedback links look like /survey/{token} but belong to Customer Feedback, not the outbound Surveys product.
