How long do you keep call recordings?

Call recordings and full transcripts are retained for 30 days by default, then deleted or made inaccessible. Structured scores, survey answers and message logs on our servers are kept for 90 days by default. See voxbulk.com/privacy and voxbulk.com/dpa.
